Make it simple and good
We keep it simple for everyone. Emplica drill bits have been designed to be operated with only 1 kind of reversible blades and spurs for both drill bit sizes.
This makes replenishment a lot easier and helps avoid confusion in the stock.
Why did we design a drill bit that has replaceable reversible knives?
Simply because the drilling results are much more precise when we look at it in the long run. Edging the blunt blades of a drill always results in a reduction of diameter. Replacing blunt blades with new ones solves this problem in an easy and approved way.
To maintain proper working condition, it is necessary that all parts are in good shape. we recommend you to hold a small stock of our accessories.

Resin Remover emplica RR
A resin remover should be used to clean the drill bits from residue. We recommend our soft water-based sodium hydroxide solution.
